Is this the same as generic AI advice I could find online?
No. The plan is based on how you actually work, not a generic checklist. You'll get a specific recommendation for your business, not a list of tools to try.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. Melanie's background is change management and technology adoption, not software engineering. Everything is explained in plain language.
What happens right after I purchase?
You'll receive an order confirmation, a short intake questionnaire to complete before your call, and a link to book your 45-minute consultation.
Do you build or set up the AI system for me?
Not with this plan. The AI Quick-Win Plan tells you where to start. If your plan points to a larger build, that's a separate engagement, quoted based on the work involved.
What if I need to reschedule my consultation?
Let Melanie know at least 24 hours before your scheduled time and she'll help you find a new one.
What is your refund policy?
You can request a full refund any time before your consultation call. Once the call has happened and work has begun, the service is considered delivered and isn't refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. What you share during intake and your consultation is treated as confidential and used only to prepare your plan.
Can AI recommendations guarantee results?
No, and we won't tell you otherwise. The plan gives you a clear, informed recommendation, but results depend on your business and how you implement it.
